All orders are shipped within 72 hours between Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

For international orders, you will be presented with shipping options at checkout. Select the shipping agency that best meets your needs. For your convenience, the shipping fees provided include all applicable fees, duties and taxes so that there are no additional payments upon delivery.

Tracking

Tracking details will be provided to you for ease of tracking your product shipment.

Applicable charges

• Orders below $500, shipping is 30% of the order value.
• Orders above $500 it is 15% of the total order value.

Cancellation

Changes in your order or cancellation requests can only be accepted prior to shipment of product.
